Dermaroller
We can offer you the latest dermaroller treatments for acne scarring, wrinkle removal, stretch marks, fine lines and skin regeneration using the medical grade Dermaroller system. These treatments take place in the clinic, are done over an hour's appointment and are performed using local anaesthetic cream. This allows the area being treated to be numbed and we can then perform the treatment with the Dermaroller system.

How Dermaroller Treatment Works
The Dermaroller we use is a medical grade product and cannot be bought online or used outside of a clinical setting. Although we sell dermaroller home kits, we use the clinic Dermarollers for the results most people want to achieve.
The Dermaroller produces thousands of micro needle columns in the skin (also known as skin needling). Each needle column penetrates 1.2mm or 2.5mm into the dermis of the skin and is 0.1mm in width. The column closes rapidly enabling the skin to recover quickly. Your skin will be red for a day or two usually.
Your skin starts to naturally regenerate and repair, after the dermaroller treatment. New collagen is formed and new skin cells are generated. The blood supply to the skin is also enhanced and the process continues for a few weeks.
Depending on how bad your skin is, we would often want to repeat the dermaroller treatments every few weeks. Most people benefit from 3-5 treatments 6 weeks apart.
