Dermaroller
We can offer you the latest treatments for acne scarring, fine lines and stretch marks using the Dermaroller system. This treatment takes place in the clinic over an hour and is performed using local anaesthetic cream. This allows the area being treated to be numbed and we can then perform the treatment with the Dermaroller.

How does Dermaroller work
The Dermaroller we use is a medical grade product and cannot be bought online or used outside of a clinical setting. Although we sell home kits, we use the clinic Dermarollers for the results most people want to achieve.
The Dermaroller produces thousands of micro needle columns in the skin. Each column penetrates 1.2mm into the dermis of the skin and is 0.1mm in width. The column closes rapidly enabling the skin to recover quickly. Your skin will be red for a day or two usually.
Your skin starts to naturally regenerate and repair, after the treatment. New collagen is formed and new skin cells are generated. The blood supply is also enhanced and the process continues for a few weeks.
Depending on how bad your skin is, we would often want to repeat the treatments every few weeks. Most people benefit from 3-5 treatments 6 weeks apart.
