Split Earlobes

After years of heavy ear-ring use, the holes in ear piercings stretch and occasionally result in a tear of the earlobe. Repairing this is a short procedure under local anaesthetic but needs to be performed properly so that healing does not occur with an indentation. This is performed using a plastic surgery technique called a Z-plasty and the procedure will be explained to you during your consultation. The procedure can be performed as an out patient local anaesthetic procedure.

Earlobe Reduction

As we get older our earlobes become bigger and sometimes prolonged heavy earrings make our earlobes long and thin. Sometimes we want them reduced and we want the shape altered to something more aesthetically pleasing. Mr Shoaib performs reduction of the earlobe using a relatively straightforward procedure, performed under local anaesthetic.
